The Directors and Chief Risk Officers' Group

Bringing together hundreds of board members, chief risk officers and other c-level officers with an interest in governance and risk management, the DCRO is focused on the intersection of governance and risk management in practice. Members come from over 50 countries and represent large and mid-size corporations as well as non-profits.

Members share questions and best-practices both online and via facilitated meetings and roundtables. DCRO members also participate in benchmarking research so that they can compare their current practices with those adopted by fellow members.

DCRO members are served by resource groups like the Executive Search group, Consultants group and Service Providers group, all concentrated on the unique needs of people in senior fiduciary roles.

Membership in the DCRO is restricted to active, or recently active, board members, chief risk officers or senior executives with risk management or governance responsibilities. If you meet this description, you can apply online or apply by email.
